Did you know that Washington manufacturers employ 284,500 people in this state? Manufacturing is a pillar of our state’s economy, and as Washington’s manufacturing association, AWB spent the first week of October highlighting the value of Washington’s manufacturers by visiting dozens of them across the state.
AWB President Kris Johnson, Government Affairs Vice President Gary Chandler, AWB Institute Director Amy Anderson, and other state business leaders crossed the state on a weeklong tour of 50+ manufacturers.
